KidTally provides software to record attendance, verify pickups with one-time codes, flag custody restrictions, run emergency roll calls, and export attendance and audit records.

You must be an adult authorized to act for your program. You're responsible for your account credentials and for the staff you invite.

Use the service only for legitimate program operations. Don't misuse it, attempt to breach security, or use it to violate anyone's rights or the law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter — including guardian, custody, and pickup-authorization data — and for your own emergency and supervision procedures. KidTally records and surfaces the information you provide; it does not independently verify custody arrangements or identities.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. The 14-day trial requires no credit card. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and you keep access through the paid period. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts.

KidTally is an accountability and recordkeeping tool. It does notprevent abductions, guarantee any child's safety, or replace staff supervision and judgment. It supports your staff's decisions and documents them — the responsibility for supervising children and authorizing pickups remains with your program and its staff.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidTally's liability is limited, and it is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. (Your counsel should tailor this section.)
